Helpful and friendly service. I've been to Simply for Strings twice now for accessories for my kids and have found the staff there to be efficient and helpful. The staff were honest and practical and didn't try to sell me things that I didn't need. The shop itself is in a beautiful setting more akin to a yoga studio than an instrument shop!
