The cello chair arrived by courier two weeks ago. The box it came in was damaged and had been taped up. I opened the box to find only the seat and backrest inside, no base or legs
I took photos and emailed them to S for S
I have had a couple of emails back. First email said the box was sent direct from supplier and that security footage showed the box left warehouse in good condition, it certainly wasn’t in good condition by the time we received the package. Next email said supplier would send out the missing bits and would email me when it was on its way. It’s been another week now and still don’t know when the bits will arrive
I don’t know where the warehouse is in relation to the shop, but my AusPost app states the box was picked up from the same suburb as S for S ????
I like shopping at S for S and I’m confident I’ll eventually get the rest of the chair but feel it may have been better to drive the 110k and pick it up
Here’s hoping for an outcome soon to give my back a rest on a proper cello chair
