We are brand new to the strings world, my son Mika (7) has just started learning Viola this year! Josh was so, so friendly and helpful. What could easily have been an intimidating shop for first timers was made so easy and exciting. We showed him the equipment list and he took charge, explaining the products and never being a pushy salesman. I also loved how he spoke directly to Mika, since he is the new muso after after all. Kids are often overlooked in conversation but not today. Can’t wait for the next reason to come back :D
