Great customer service and attention to detail. The violin I bought recently was expertly set up and packaged showing the greatest care. Receiving my new violin was a great moment of joy and excitement made even better when I opened the case. Inside was a handwritten postcard addressing me and indicating in which compartment I could find the rosin I purchased.
