The service was personalised. The gentleman make me feel like a valued customer, although I took a violin in my daughter had had since 2001 and my granddaughter now uses.
Point is violin is old. It cracked. Probably not worth much but is valuable to my daughter who still plays in the Maranoa orchestra.
