I received excellent service from Sarah, who even went out of her way to provide me with some cold water after the steep hill climb! Everything that I needed was available and well priced, and I also was given some excellent advice on shoulder rests, and a chance to test some models out. I enjoyed my time very much and would happily return if not for the fact that I'm based in SA!
