I was served by Joe. I asked for a run down on all the violins on offer and found him to be incredibly knowledgeable and helpful whilst also being friendly and open minded.
I got a less positive vibes from a guy sitting on a laptop in the far corner of the store. Maybe go to an office as it felt awkward having him there.
