I ordered GEWA 16 inch Maestro Case which involved international shipping with the Simply for Strings. The staff has been most kind, courteous and knowledgeable in helping me purchase the case and I received the case without any problems.
Since I was not able to visit the shop, I had to rely on the professional expertise of the staff, and they gave me the reassuring answer. My viola fit the case like a glove!!
