Very friendly and courteous staff. I have no clue about viloins and had only obtained one for my 10 year old daughter who is learning. Though I just came in for a string replacement, I was taught many tips and tricks on how to maintain the violin on an ongoing basis. This is a true example of going above and beyond customer expectations. You have now a faithful patron in me.
