Unfortunately, the last 3 times I reached out to get help with my auto insurance, I got no help and just got the basic diplomatic answers. I ended up getting insurance on my own since no one could assist, guide or place me in a department that could actually help.
Also, there are a lot of details that the agents do not tell you when you for each policy. At one point, I almost got my home insurance canceled because the paperwork that was needed was not submitted by someone.
From my initial request 6 months ago until now, I am pretty disappointed.
