I have been trying to cancel the home policy with Louis and have not received the cancellation form to sign since 11/11/21. I canceled the same day I signed up for the policy and have not received anything yet. I emailed Louis and he told me that I should get a form of cancellation to sign in a couple of hours. Never received it. Called your office and spoke to a young lady on 11/12/21 5:30 pm and she said Louis wasn't there so she said I needed to speak to the service department transferred me over. I spent 2 hours waiting for someone to answer the line and no one picked up. Now it's the weekend. I don't expect to pay any coverage time as I immediately notified Louis the same day I found a company that covered me with no problem. I never have experienced such difficulty in canceling insurance as I have with this company. Needless to say, why would I recommend it? So disappointed!
