very bad service . I am since years your customer , can not believe seit I am since many weeks trying to get new rates or new contracts. agents are friendly on the phone. telling me will call you bacck , NO response. tried that with different agents from IOA . I HAVE NO WORDS !
but around 10 insurances running by IOA
I AM THINKING IOA DO NOT NEED ANY BUISSINES.
