My husband and I appreciate the professionalism and helpful, friendly service from IOA. Debbie Friss-Pettitt helped us through the hurricane Irma nightmare and has guided us through all our insurance needs. When our friends complain about their insurance companies we recommend that they switch to IOA. We have problems with our mail because we move around a lot throughout the year. Being able to call IOA and pay our bills over the phone saves us the worry that our mail might not get to us.
