While you have a good portfolio of products, the performance of our agent, Cindy Perry, in the last 6 months has been unacceptable. She states that she has been continuously overwhelmed with work since November 2021. It takes more than a month to get responses to questions posed in emails and then we get answers only after hounding her with phone calls and voicemails. (She does not answer the phone.) I have tried to reach the supervisor for the Marathon office to be assigned another agent to no avail.
