I called Simply IOA to inquire as to why my new roof was still listed as a roof from 2000 and not 2021. I was told they did not receive the wind mitigation that I had done on 3/11/2022. After getting in touch with the inspection company, I was told the report, somehow, did not get sent to Simply IOA. Within minutes the report was emailed to Simply IOA and I received a phone call from Simply IOA explaining they received the report and everything was taken care of and I would receive the discount for a new roof. Very professional and painless.
