Now, a month later I have been notified that my insurance policy expired and due to not having a new insurance policy on file, the mortgage company provided me with a random company that charged me almost $3,000. Now I’m stuck having to fix this, meanwhile I cannot even get an email backs. They were so friendly and nice at first, but once they get their customers they really could care less.
