The application process was tedious and lengthy. The contract was complex with addendums that the agent had to explain to me after researching them herself. I remain concerned about the carrier due to a low BBB+ rating and the extreme number of negative reviews online. It seems that Frontline has a very poor record for paying claims. My agent Kimberly Saldana was polite, amicable, and helpful. I hope in the event I ever have a claim your agency will help me through the process.
