The customer service representative was very nice but is very difficult to get in touch with. Let emails, text messages, spoke to other rep and still couldn't reach Mr rep. Once I did. Tge process was very fast, but I realized at the dealership the insurance coverage was fir the wrong car. The process to recharge the rep has started all over again and I still haven't heard back and I haven't signed the contract.
