I contacted simplyioa in the middle of june. I told mike I needed my insurance by 6/28/23. we started working on the policy. When it became time to wait if we were approved or not. I e-mailed mike several times with no response. After several days I received mail mike stating he would be out of the office until 6/28/23. I contacted your office by phone three times only to end up on hold. In july my allstate agent told me they could write citizens policies. i started a back-up plan. then mike's mail said he would be out until 7/28/23. my insurance is $$$ cheaper than the final quote from your office.
