Very hard to get in touch with the person handling my acct. Never returned calls & had to send ugly emails to get any response from him. Then just an email in return never a phone call. Then after sending all paper work that was ask of me & signatures, I get a letter saying I was denied after he took my $1800. By check over phone. Then 2&1/2 weeks later I get a call from another person saying I was approved & I just needed to sign and call and make a payment of $2900. The yearly fee which I had already setup for every 6 months. So then when I called the next day (12/6) I was told my acct was delinquent, as of 11/16 and I was not aware I even had coverage. So I am not happy with the way it all went down. I stayed on top of it but someone there dropped the ball. And I’d like to add that a person named Angela Portilla sent the letter dated 12/1 “NOTICE OF DECLINATION”. She is also the same person who wrote the policy I was called about on 12/5. So yes, I am very confused when I called your company with a reference of high standards from my son-in-law. Sincerely, Linda Runnels
