Called to cancel homeowners policy due to sale of property. In addition to other hoops, Rosalie said that I would need to send them copy of settlement statement. I told her that wasn’t necessary as I could cancel the policy for any reason. She became very rude and told me I didn’t know what I was talking about and that she was the expert.
I asked to speak with her boss. She was insolent. I said let me complete my business so I could get off the phone with her.
If I ever need insurance in Florida again, it will not be with this company.
