I ordered 16 LED lamps for my lounge fittings. They arrived promptly. After about six months I started to experience failures which was disappointing. However, I cannot fault the way this company dealt with my complaint, they couldn't have been more helpful. LED is still relatively new technology and it's difficult to rigorously life test samples from every production batch so some problems are to be expected. You therefore need a supplier that will do "the right thing" if there is a problem and SimplyLED are such a company. Recommended.
