About Simply LED:

Our mission is a simple one: to make it easy for you to find high quality, low cost LED light bulbs.

Buying light bulbs can be a complicated business at the best of times, but it need not be. Our team has over fifty years of experience in the lighting industry, so who better to help you find what you’re looking for? If you have any questions about LED lighting, we can answer them.

We’ve always believed that high quality doesn’t have to mean high prices, so we are passionate about offering good, reliable LED light bulbs that don’t cost the earth.

We source all of our lighting ranges from reputable factories, and every product has to be up to our strict standards to go on sale on our site. If we don’t like it, we won’t sell it.

“I recently purchased four Phoebe fire rated LED down lights from simply LED. (Having purchased four late last year) These light have selectable wattage as well as selectable colour temperature. On installing the first four I discovered that While the construction is relatively good the light produced is a very artificial pinkish white which is horrible. (It is very straining on the eyes.) This gets worse as the warmer tones are selected. This (from research) is indicative of the use of cheap diodes with a low CRI. Not happy with this I decided to return the latest order without opening the parcel (as I was not able to return the earlier order). When trying to contact the company the first time the line rang out until someone picked the phone up and put it straight down. After the third attempt I got through to a very unhelpful and quite rude employee. (There was no offer to try and resolve my issue.) The returns process is not clear but I was told to send them back to the address on the website, I was not given any sort of reference number. I have since returned the lights via recorded delivery however I have not had a confirmation of delivery from simplyLED. No refund timeline has been given and from reading other reviews the refund process can take weeks. So far I'm not very impressed.”

“Excellent service from this company. One tube was broken on delivery, so I phoned and was asked to send a photo, which I did. Someone phoned me back very quickly and asked if I wanted a new tube or refund. I wanted a refund which was processed straight away. Very helpful staff. Thank you!”

“I ordered a T connector on 10 July but did not revive it until 21 July. Having received an email very soon after ordering to say it had been despatched I was extremely disappointed that it took another 9 days to receive. Having said that that the product was first class a was perfect for my requirements. It was a pity it held up completion of a task for so long.”
