I've used Simply LED (or Lightbulbs Direct - I believe they're the same firm) on several occasions now for new Crompton Phoebe LED lights for my garage and workshop. They've always been the cheapest, kept me well informed about the progress of my orders and have always delivered on time. Their excellent packaging has meant there's never been any damage either, something that has been a problem in the past when I've used other firms. I can recommend them to you unreservedly.
