Contacted Simply LED about 3 LED lamps out of an order for 7 that I bought nearly 2 years ago that have failed. Very polite operative apologised for the problem and put 3 replacements in the post which I received within a couple of days. That's what you call good service and the sort of thing that will keep you as a customer. Very rare these days but very much appreciated.
