I purchased 2 LED cooker hood bulbs but one gave out very shortly after installing it. Upon contacting SIMPLY LED a replacement was sent free off charge with no quibbles, fuss or hassle. Hence I was very pleased with this response and action. The bulbs provide excellent light and their output far superior (whiter and brighter) to that from the higher wattage tungsten filament ones I was using previously.
