I placed an order for 10 LED 7-watt dimmable Bulbs in MR16 shape but, because a test with a similar bulb in my kitchen showed that my old dimmer switch was not compatible with such low-volt bulbs, I cancelled the order before despatch. SimplyLED followed my request and credited the bulbs efficiently and without fuss. I will order future LED bulbs from them.
