Have used SimplyLED for nearly 10 years now. Yes I’ve had a few problems, tube lights broken in transport, bulbs failing inside warranty period etc. But the customer service has been exemplary in resolving the issues. Incidentally they now have bomb proof packaging for tube lights so even the most heavy handed delivery person would struggle to break them. Highly recommended company.
