This review relates to the replacement of one LED candle bulb that failed, some three months after purchasing seven of them. The bulbs are warranted for two years and have a life expectancy of 15,000 hours, so failing after less than 500 hours use wasn't expected. I emailed simply LED to ask whay my next move should be and whether the defective bulb needed to be returned. The next working day, I had an email to say sorry about the failure and that a replacement would be supplied. This arrived a couple of days later. Top marks for customer service
