We have Simply LED lights in all rooms in our flat in all shapes and sizes and are totally pleased with the product, service & advise over the past year. I placed an order for 2 x Lights over the Bank Holiday Weekend and misread the Delivery Note and thought the price was wrong. I emailed SimplyLED and within 24 Hours Nicole from Customer Services replied very diplomatically explained that the Price was OK, additionally I had not activated the discount of 20% due on this Order. This was raised and the amount Credited to my Card. The lights arrived next day & all is fine. The way this was handled was a credit to SimplyLED and Nicole in particular.
