Bought GU10's and a R7s. Found the GU10's didn't fit into light (Suspect IKEA non standard fitting). Also that R7s's come in different sizes other than what I ordered. So I had to send the whole lot back and got refunded no problem. Excellent service, glad to see Simply is as good at refunding as they are with all other aspects of buying from them.
