When you get through to them customer services are great but they are very slow to reply to the web form. In my case I returned some goods for a refund and didn't receive any email acknowledgement of receipt of the goods or the refund being processed. A second order was delayed due to stock shortage but no email was sent and I had to chase it up a week later. Also I received confusing emails telling me I'd got goods in my basket which I hadn't checked out. This wasn't true - on logging in I found the basket was empty. The website and products are great. I am seriously impressed by the latest generation of instantly-on bright LED lamps and I have no doubt that a few hundred quid spent here will save me thousands in the long run.
