Oreder process was easy, delivery was swift. However they sent me the wrong items, but as soon as I reported it, they sent me a returns pre paid postage sticker by email on Friday. By the time I sent them back on Monday the replacements had already arrived. Any company can make a cockup, its how they deal with it that matters.
