40W equivalent GLS 'Integral LED Omni' bulb failed after a 15 months. Contacted SimplyLED and had a replacement bulb delivered in a couple of days or so. No need to make a tedious trip to the Post Office to return the non-working one. Excellent service. Replacement is a similar but not identical bulb (no longer manufactured), hopefully it will go the distance.
