The customer service I've recieved on every occassions I've used Simply LED has been excellent. The dispatch times (assuming the item is in stock of course) has always been very quick.
Most of all you only really find out how good a company is when things go wrong, and that's where Simply LED have excelled. When I've recieved good that arrive damaged through no fault of the company they have always apologised (even thought it wasn't their fault) and sent out a replacement super quick. What more can I say.
