After placing my order it arrived well packed and as scheduled, I was kept updated throughout the process. Unfortunately, one of the items I received was faulty. I immediately reported this to the sales team, who were brilliant. They promptly dealt with the problem and I received a replacement the following day. In the past I have struggled to find these particular bulbs but now I am confident that I’ve not only found a reliable and competitive supplier but one who can easily resolve any difficulties.
