Opened the box of Blaq Aura light strips x 4 and plugged in ,,,,,,,, POP! The control box was blown.
Straight on the phone to LED and a really helpful woman assured me that they would immediately despatch a complete replacement order . Couldn’t be more helpful .
This was Friday afternoon , the new ones arrived Saturday morning and the faulty ones collected on Monday . A massive thank you and every other web order company could do to take note . This is good service .
