This appalling service is why customers prefer to use amazon for all of their purchases and why companies like SimplyLED will be overlooked if they don't improve performance. They must be living in the dark ages or on the verge of financial collapse.
A refund for goods which arrived with all of the glass brokenwas agreed on 13th June and promised instantly and repeatedly until 1st July when the credit note suggested it might take another 10 days .... card refunds are instantaneous if done properly!!! LED accounts department needs thoroughly cleansing if they are to protect their reputation. I shall not be recommending them.
