The 1* star is not for the purchase, but for the after sales service. The day the purchase was delivered, on trying to put it together, we had a problem wth part of the item, and contacted Customer Service right away for help and advice, that was 6 days ago, and we never got a reply, we paid over £100 for this Xmas item, and thought it disgracefull SimplyLed, could not take the time and courtesy to reply to my enquiry, but managed to take the time to contact me for a review. Fortunately, we managed to fix the problem without their help, but will not be purchasing anything ese from them in the future
