The sales people were very friendly and so were the installers. It took a lot longer (several months) than they said. They told me that they were back ordered, which I’m sure was the case. The sales people said the installers could easily install the door knob that I needed to trade out because of the shatters. No, the installers do not or they weren’t in the know of this. They did it but they hadn’t planned to and they could not do the one I bought. I had to make a special trip to Home Depot. Just know to get this done way beforehand.
