Friendly sales staff, easy ordering. Good price for a nice product. My biggest problem was their estimation of how long it would take for my order to come in. It took almost 50% longer for the first order to come in than they put in writing. My second order took even longer than that to be completed. They have identified a need to improve customer service, so I don’t think you can ask for more than that. They have heard what customers have said and they are trying to correct it. My blinds look great, but the frame is not cut the same on each side at the bottom. Most people wouldn’t notice, but I do. Attention to detail is important, and this detail was missed. Our second order came with a damaged piece, which took an additional extended period of time to replace.
