Atrocious communication. Never completed my job.
Besides the unfinished one, nearly each shutter had an issue within the first few months. One shutter broke on a corner within a couple weeks of install. Crappy product.
I just installed shutters on every window and sliding door of another home. It was no question whether I would try a new company- I would never use or recommend your company again (and I live in a community where all of the houses are being remodeled and improved).
