Horrible. Simply Shutters do not not stand by their guarantee
My shutters do not fit my window and they said nothing they could do. After a year they contacted me they wanted to reorder shutter for the third time. I asked for my money back but they won’t do that. I refuse to let them back in my home as they lie and say anything to get you to sign a contract. Manager Steve is not to be trusted
