Unfortunately I have had a very disappointing experience with your company as nobody answers the phone at the office and no one responds except for the salesman Ricky. One of my shutters was installed damaged and it took about a month to even get someone to come out and look at it. Addison came out and said it needed to be replaced and I haven’t received an update or any kind of ETA and it has been 2 months. Another shutter is now not closing properly. Your customer service is nonexistent and I would like these issues fixed immediately.
