Good afternoon Dawn,
I have reached out to Simply Shutters several times since having them install my shutters as they did a terrible job. Less than a year after installation the slats will not stay up/closed on several windows. I asked repeated to speak to someone and was ignored. I am highly disappointed in their work and customer service.
