I have my shutters now for about a year. The entire process was very pleasant. The salesperson was polite and well spoken as well as knowledgeable regarding his product. I order two large sliders. They were delivered exactly as promised. The installers were very polite and did a great job. They cleaned up and left my home without a trace of new installation. I had to get service on a small issue and Dawn in the office was very helpful. I had another set of plantation shutters installed several year prior and the cost was outrageous. This is a fairly new company but its all about service and great price!!!
