I had two sets of plantation shutters installed about one year ago. I do remember the person who measured was real nice. However, there was not good communication about installation. I remember calling more than once and not getting a clear answer about time of deliver. Although they look good, they didn’t fit precisely, and there is a small gap at the bottom. I think a regular person wouldn’t notice the difference, but the installer did mention it to me when installing, and since they were pre fabricated, we were only able to adjust the difference a little.
