The installation was done in a reasonable time of installation. The wait for the shutter was 2 months over promised time,
Also the sales representative NEVER mentioned that we would never ever again be able to remove the screens from outside or inside nor open the double hung bottom portion inward effectively enough to clean the windows
Also they will not return your calls about solutions, We’ve texted & called many times with NO RESPONSE, Very unprofessional
