I loved everything about my Simply Shutters - value, quality, design, the rep who sold me the shutters, etc. The only negative was the ridiculously long wait. Also, to get me scheduled was a bit of a frustration. I had waited so long and when they finally came, they brought the wrong order. The installer did come back at the end of the day by himself to complete the job which had he not, I would have been even more upset to wait.
