Such good customer service from start to finish, I was slightly outside the delivery area and it wasn’t a problem for them to still come to my house twice, (the headboard was out of stock), they set up the bed and then a few weeks later the headboard. Excellent communication throughout, I never once had to get in touch with them to chase anything up. Both delivery slots were quick and convenient. I really liked that they are environmentally conscious too. They took our old mattress away. Payment wasn’t taken at the time of ordering only once the bed had been delivered. I am really happy with the bed, a super king size ottoman bed and wood herringbone headboard. Both excellent quality. I would highly recommend this company.
